Error message: BUFFER UNDERRUN
If you are not sure about the qualities of your hardware, you should first
simulate the burning by using cdglow's -p option. This option simulates the
writing as closely as possible, meaning that the only missing action is the
real burning on the CD. If you get a buffer underrun error in this mode, you
should either lower the speed of the recorder by means of the -f options,
allocate a larger buffer by means of the -b option, or try to convert or save
the source to one large file on a hard disk and try again with this file as
source.
Please note that the version 2.0 of cdglow for AIX 4.* did not account for a
slight change in the implementation of the plock subroutine, which caused
problems like failing memory locks are an ever growing size of the cdglow
process. These problems have been solved in version 2.1, so please upgrade to
this version.
